Im need hellp, I give one person pikczer range ( nie wiem jak jest ranga) end Im no see dys pikczer , only dys gaj no have dys rang

I don't understand what problem you are having, but you might need to run this after changing the ranks:

Admin CP -> Maintenance -> Update Counters -> Update User Titles and Ranks

I need help. I gave to one person some rang picture and is not showing up in the place where should be. Rest of the users have these pictures, only this one user dosn't. On the atached picure (marked place) you can see what i mean.

Check their display usergroup in their profile:

Admin CP -> Users -> Search for Users

Make sure the rank group is their display group. Or set the rank to Display Type = Always.
