radio button options
Would like to see an option to make each notice expandable/collapsable by members, a radio button selection like "persistent." A member would be able to restore the display at will. New notices would always display according to the persistent yes/no rules.
I'd also like to see a description of what "dismissable" means added to the admin panel. Apparently it could mean "forever," no recovery. That's not clear to either the admin or the member.
