Smilies not showing on Post/Quick Reply

I did an import today from phpbb3 to vBulletin. I had done a test import and forum and the smilies were working perfectly. Now they will not show on the side of the Reply boxes. Help?

Make sure all the WYSIWYG editors are enabled here:

Admin CP -> vBulletin Options -> Message Posting Interface Options -> Enable Clickable Message Formatting Controls

Then they can select the enhanced editor in their User CP here:

User CP -> Edit Options -> Message Editor Interface -> Enhanced Interface
