Linux default content of hosts.allow and hosts.deny ?

Hi,
usually Linux comes by defulault by allowing everyone.
What are the defaults setting in hosts.allow and hosts.deny ?

I remember I think that the first one is ALL:ALL ?!

On redhat linux and solaris the files are empty by default
