PHPbb2 to vbulletin 3.8.2 problem with post and charset

Hello,

I have a board (PHPBB 2) and I would like to import into Vbulletin 3.8.2

I have 2 problems

- I have used Impex but it stopped every time at 363666 post (total 600k posts). I don't know why.


- I have a problem with Charset, I have tried some configuration but I have still problems with accent (é,à etc)
