import 3.65 to 3.65 in IMPEX... no options?

Okay, I am trying to bring my users over from my old board to a new fresh installed board on another domain before I remove the old domain. However, when I am asked to select which version of the board I wish to import TO (using IMPEX) it does not give me a 3.6 version.

I have 3.6.5 and I am going to another 3.6.5 version. The options are 3.5 or 3.7 / 3.8

Which do I choose??

Are you copying the whole shebang over - users, threads, posts etc or just the users?

i'd probably do just users if i could, but i dont mind doing the whole thing if needed.

I mean the entire site format is changed to a new topic all together. Right now, I am just worried about user data a my primary goal, everything else is simply a bonus.
