IB 3.1.5 to VB 3.8.2 using impex 1.92

I have been having various problems impexing from IB over to VB, most issues are resolved or i have a work around with the exception of the Calendar.
I ran the impex task of migrating the calendar, and it fails, every time, is there a log file somewhere that i can review or can you give suggestions for a course of actions that will correct this problem.
My board when IB3.1.2a and now at IB3.1.5 works ok, the calendar shows up displaying birthdays and activities, all links work but for some reason it simply wont impex.
Go on, point out the obvious and put me out of my misery.

Just checking, Ikonboard 3.1.5 impex setting is "Ikon Mysql 3" or did i screw that up also :D

Have now reset the board and wiped all previous data, and now rerunning impex to see if i goofed (high probability)
Can you explain to me what the green percentage figures down the left of screen relate to, they vary between 70-85%, thanks

Green percentages are good :) The actual value doesn't matter, as long as it is green.

Yes it is the Ikon 3 importer.
