attachment files not Import !!!

I changed my website system from mybb 1.4 to vbulletin 3.8
Now I can not import my last attachment to vbulletin system and now I force to upload some of this files to vbulletin system

can you help me to convert it ??

They need to be on the same server, and PHP & ImpEx need read access to them when you pass in the full path.
