Attachement import problems

I am getting the error of "source file not found" when I try to import attachments. I have the path set up correct, and when trying to import the items, it shows the files I am trying to import.
Trying to import from phpbb 3.0.4.

Unfortunately that means what it says. Impex is reading the phpBB database, looks for the attachment in the location you set, and cannot find it. This is either due to bad data or missing files.
