Not appears or not works smiles

Hi.
Recently, I imported my old forum to vBulletin, all works fine but the smiles, not appears. When I post a new thread or post, the smiles not appears.
If I write the code of smile (for example :D or ;)) not appears the smile ni the code (: D or ; )).
I search in admin CP, all of smiles are activated.

Make sure this is enabled for the forum in question:

Admin CP -> Forums & Moderators -> Forum Manager -> Edit Forum -> Allow BB Code

Admin CP -> Forums & Moderators -> Forum Manager -> Edit Forum -> Allow Smilies

Or if you are talking about the editor interface then you might want this:

User CP -> Edit Options -> Message Editor Interface

Yes, in Admin CP -> Forums & Moderators -> Forum Manager -> Edit Forum I was activate Allow BB Code and Allow smiles.
The problem was are in the editor interface.
I was change value in the editor interface and now, appears smiles, and then, I changed this value for all users (Acmin CP - Maintenance - Execute SQL Query).
