Not show post icon on forum index

With my recent addition of post icons, my forum index page is looking a bit messy. Is there a setting I've missed to not show post icons on the front page?

I've looked all of the forum templates (although not wanted to touch too much) thinking surely it should be an easy 'icon' field somewhere to make it show. But for the life of me I can not find it.

I'm assuming it's a template change to hide the post icons? :confused:
