Monitoring A User

A suggestion that's been on my mind for a while that I keep forgetting to post is a feature of tracking a user - namely receiving an e-mail whenever a particular member posts a message.

On several occasions I have allowed troublemakers to return to my forums after a suspension period, and asked my moderators to keep an eye on the posts they make for a while - in a couple of those cases we've needed to urgently know the second they made any posts. It would have been great if we could have toggled on an option to receive e-mails whenever that member had made a post.

Actually so was I...but I was hoping their post would be put into the moderation queue rather than recieving an email.

There is a hack written by me and published by Bira in the hacking forum that will moderate a member's postings.

The email idea is interesting.
