email every posting

Is there a way to set up vBulletin so that every time a new post is made, ALL users get an email notice? Our forum gets little traffic, so when someone makes a new post, everyone is interested to see it.
Similar to an email listserv where the same thing happens, everyone sees a new post.

Sorry, there is no function to do this. This requires modifying the code. We cannot officially support code modifications or forums running modified code, however you can try asking about this over at www.vbulletin.org.
