Does a moderater have to enter each blog and sift through the comments to know if there are moderated blog comments?

I didn't see a moderated section for the blog in my User CP.

Go to the Recent Entries Past, then from the drop down menu, Filter > Moderated Blog Entires.

The same can be done with comments.
