Why cant I access my site using an IP Address

I am moving from a Linux dedicated server to a windows server (2003)

I have copies all the files to the new server
Copied the database
Added the MySql user

The site is now ready to test. But what is frustrating me is that I cannot access the new site by the IP address xxx.xxx.xxx.xx/indexphp (only one site on that address) It returns file not found.

Anyone know why? Thanks

what happens with just the IP address?.. nothing else..

Your host can easily help you to resolve this issue. Try contacting them.
