How to put the little (Avatars uder names?)

I have no idea how to do this?
I posted the http:// to the imageand it shows up HUGE on the post?
Any Help?

In the User CP go to EDIT OPTIONS. Then "CHANGE AVATAR". Add one there.

I think you have to resize it using a graphics program.
