We see so many recommendations for best Web Hosts, and this thread might be best answered on Web hosting talk. How ever there are a lot of people here who have a lot of experience with registrars, horror stories and great stories.
Enom, I heard apparently won a lot of awards last year, but I am not sure it was ever voted #1 registrar..
