Popup Positions

I have wrapped the forum I am working on in a style copied from my main site. The popup menus (Search, Community, etc) are totally not in the right location. They seam to be off by 100+px. This seams to change based on the size of the browser window. I have my Main Table Width set to 100%, but that is wrapped in a <div> set with a static width. The forum is: http://forum.daytonsoftball.net.

I just need to get the popups to position correctly.
