Have you tried asking this question to Namecheap directly? Or, may be, you can post it to their forum to see if any else is using them for vB.

You can use Namecheap or any other hosting provider because normally vBulletin is supported by all the hosting providers. :)

I will recommend URLJET (http://www.urljet.com) , They are expert in VBULLETIN hosting .I been with them from last more than six months .They manage all my forum , i dont need to worry about any thing .There servers are litespeed which will make your forum much faster and they got file guardian which will backup your files hourly. There packages are also reasonable.
Have a look ; www.urljet.com (http://www.urljet.com)

I will recommend URLJET (http://www.urljet.com/) ,
Their VPS servers are very expensive, especially the 1GB ram one
The thing i really dont understand with these webservers is that it says like "2 IP Addresses" how does that work?

Namecheap is good for domain registration, and not ideal for hosting - just like most registrars who provide hosting as well. Go for something like hostgator, asmallorange, hostingmatters etc.
