How Do I Change Logo's size

I want to make it wider.

And I bought a style named "Cardinal"
Is there any "Style editor"??

You would have to use a graphics program and physically alter that image.

I did so, but when I put it into the skin, it takes only a part of it.

The skin had a 30x10 pixels logo and i place 50x40, I only see a 30x10 part of the new logo.

Is there a part in the configuratin where I can change this value?

That means your custom style is at fault. Unless you want to revert the header template for that style, you should contact the author of that style for assistance.
