Hi,

When I first bought vB, I downloaded vBulletin that's not "Uncompressed JavaScripts" which causes the javascript files hard to edit.

I didn't know the difference when I first bought it. So I installed a lot of stuff mods which need overwriting files in clientscripts folder but I don't know what's going to happen if I replace all the javascript files from the one I recently downloaded which is "Uncompressed JavaScripts" package.

Will it crash or do anything bad? Or should I just add the ones I need only? which are the following files (they need edits for a mod I'm installing):

vbulletin_textedit.js
vbulletin_quick_reply.js

Thanky you,
TaMpE

There is no functional difference between the two sets of clientscript files except that the uncompressed ones are easier to modify.

By uploading the new files you will overwrite the old ones. The only danger is in losing any modifications you have made to the default clientscript files.
