Change underline color of links

I am searching for a way to change the underline color of links for .alt1

In google I have seen constructs like

text-decoration: none;
border-bottom: 1px solid #FF0000;
}


How can I add this vBulletin conform to the .alt class?

AdminCP > Styles and Templates

Select Main CSS from the template you wish to alter.

Scroll down to First Alternating Color.

Add your above code to the Extra CSS Attributes section.
