Maybe for a future version or maybe for a hack?

But I've just thought it would be good that if when someone clicks on the report post button for a thread in addition to the warning being emailed to the appropriate moderator the email is also posted as a thread in a specified private forum.

Great idea, especially useful for forums with a bunch of hosts, so that they can discuss appropriate actions. Doesn't seem like it'd be too difficult to implement either.
