Unknown Location

I've noticed three different guests with the following location:

Unknown Location
/forum/ (200 ok) ACCEPTED p=18

Are they some sort of hackers?

I see no evidence of hacking. Some one is visiting an unknown forum location. That is not uncommon or suspicious.
