Hi, this is Jack at phpwebhosting.com - I'm sorry you are having problems. Our toll free phone number is printed at the top of every page on our site. I'd list it here but I want to avoid any appearance of spammy-ness. I'm not sure if the toll free number will work in the UK over normal lines.

You can also enter a request from your control panel or the contact us link on our homepage. I do not understand why you are not getting replies. Are you emailing us? If so, please contact us via your control panel or the contact us link on our homepage. As mentioned when you sign up, email is not used for support for security reasons.

If you contact us via the official methods above you should have a response with-in the hour.

Sorry I should have mentioned... I can't use contact us, it asks for my password, and that's the problem I have, Cpanel, and FTP reject it, even though I copied and pasted it.

Update.....
I'm happy and in love again....:D

I've never had a problem with PHP's server, bandwidth, or disk space etc.
My problem was not being able to make contact with them when I couldn't use my FTP client.

My password was rejected, and to get assistance I needed to add my password in the help desk in Cpanel.

Anyways, it was sorted out in a couple of minutes.
