Because there is no restriction against it.
Also - because the vB.com BOTM competition is locked down in the Templates, Graphics & Styles section - so the insinuation is that the best style wins. Meh...

The insinuation isn't purposely there. Jelsoft just thought the contest would be best found in this forum.

The voting rule ist, vote for the forum that fits your fancy, no matter what your fancy is. For instance, if you like less populated boards, then vote for the smallest populated board.:)
