Reputation - from who? (it doesn't say)

How can members SEE in their CP WHO their got
their reputation from?

They can see which tread and read comment but they cant see
who gave them the comment.

That is a usergroup setting:

Admin CP -> Usergroups -> Usergroup Manager -> Edit Usergroup -> User Reputation Permissions -> Can See Who Left User Ratings
