Welcome email

Hi,
How can I put link in welcome email? I tried bbcode like thisText (http://...) and html like <a href="http://>Text</a>. Both don't work as they show me all tags, and full url ...

Neither BB Code or HTML will work in emails. Just enter the actual URL and most email clients will convert it to a clickable link.
