Need Serious Help

Okay so we switch servers the other day and the former server owner had ill feelings towards me and the owner of the site, and basically deleted our usernames, changed our passwords, and now we're only seen as guests on the site. We can't log in or do anything, how would I go about getting my profile back? This is really frustrating

Sorry, there is nothing we can do about this. This site provides support to license owners, not members of a forum.

I'm not a pro at this but I'm going to hope that your site owner was smart enough to keep a database backup of the site. If so, you should be able to upload the old database (before all hell broke loose) and regain order on the site on the new server.

Yes.

You can't get your profile back (besides registering a new one).
The forum owner may get it back if he/she made a backup or did not remove your profile (just erased the password).
