Prevent Spam/Porn Bots

I've had alot of members register and put porn everywhere. How to prevent that? Its ok if they register, just don't post spam lmfao.

Manually approve each registration.

Admincp > vbulletin options dropdown menu > user registration options

Naw **** that. I don't want to manually do it, why can't we have a spam protection or wtf you call it. I'm aiming for alot of members to join I can't approve them all.
