Hello,

I have never allowed the albums system into my forum, but now I'll do, so I began to try...

I have a problem.. the forum doesn't show pictures thumbnails..

Look at this:

http://img90.imageshack.us/img90/2536/albums1yb6.jpg

Where it says Picture, should it be the thumbnail??

Also, if i clic on "picture", it doesn't send me to the album "Vacaciones".

The link route of "Vacaciones" is:
http://www.myforum.com/album.php?albumid=

Isn't it uncomplete?? It seems it lacked the numer of the group id in the link..

Into the album, it shows the following:

http://img172.imageshack.us/img172/8094/albums2go2.jpg

Where it shows the picture name, should it show the thumbnail??

Well, if i click on the picture name, it sends me to the big picture. That part works..

What's going on? What should I do to fix it?

Thanks a lot.

Can you post a link to your forum?

There may be a customization causing this. You can quickly determine this by temporarily disabling your customizations. Try to reproduce it on a default style:

Admin CP -> Styles & Templates -> Style Manager -> [Add New Style]

Create a new style with no parent. Then click that style's name in the Style Manager to view your forum with that style. If the problem goes away on the default style then you know it's a style problem at which point you need to systematically revert your custom templates to isolate the problem.

If you still have the problem then try disabling your plugins:

Admin CP -> vBulletin Options -> Plugin/Hook System

Also run a file check to look for customized files. Upload the original files if any problems are reported:

Admin CP -> Maintenance -> Diagnostics -> Suspect File Versions

I did it. The problems reported are "File not recognized as part of vBulletin", but that files are from VBSeo or Arcade or VBAdvanced or Awards system..

I still have the problem.

It could be the vBadvanced things that you have got there as well.

I setted up "Album Picture Storage Type" doing the following:

Move pictures into the file system with direct access to thumbnails

I created a folder in my file system called: "customalbumpics", and inside it a subfolder called "thumbs"

Full Picture File Path: ./customalbumpics

Thumbnail File Path: ./customalbumpics/thumbs

URL to Thumbnails: (I leave it blank)

Well, doing this, the thumbnails are not created into the file system (./customalbumpics/thumbs).. There are two thumbnails of picures that doesn´t exist, that I can't delete...

Note this please:

Also, if i clic on "picture", it doesn't send me to the album "Vacaciones".

Please help!

URL to Thumbnails should be:

customalbumpics/thumbs

But that doesn't explain the incorrect album URLs. I still suspect a customization. When disabling your addons for troubleshooting purposes be sure to remove vBSEO's .htaccess file from your forum directory.
