The post new thread icon is at /images/buttons/newthread.gif.

Go Back - /images/misc/navbits_start.gif

Reload the Page - /images/misc/navbits_finallink_ltr.gif

Check the StyleVars page in your template and check that your paths are correct. Or check that you've uploaded the gifs to your host.
