They might be pretty cheap but its not worth the hassle!

Could you please restore the Jelsoft copyright notice to your site? Unfortunately right now you're in violation of the license agreement. The simplest way to restore it is to revert your footer template. Thanks!

I dont want to interrupt any work he has/is doing.

I assure you that the footer, vbulletin copyright etc will all be there on the original.
