My server is under ddos attack.(with vBulletin script)
What i do?

Talk to the company that you have the server with.

I believe turning on syncookies, if on linux, can help with a DDOS. That would require root access to your server.

How do you know its a DDOS attack?
I have CSF too and I think there is a setting in configuration panel that restricts more than X connections from a single IP (I dont remember it from the top of my head but check it out, you should be able to find it there). If not and you know the IP of attacking server, just enter it into your ban list and you should be fine.
