Changing Nameservers with Network Solutions HELP!

I want to change the nameservers on my site with network solutions but can't figure out how to?

Can somebody take me through the process?

It would really help! Its been a bad day, because I have had to move servers. I got kicked out:(

you might try calling your host and network sol for help on this.

Then go to Advanced Users Form >>> Service Agreement >>> Enter your email and you domain >>> Modify Name Server Information

You should receive an email with some instrutions
