Hello,

How much MySQL Packet Size ?
Default is 1 MG.

There is no number for best quality. The only time you would need to increase this is if you allow very large file uploads to your forums, which I don't.

That depends on the server but generally once you start going over 1M.

Thanks for your input Steve.

I actually have had posts of 3MB or more with the packet size set at 1MB and then switched to 32MB and noticed no difference so I was curious about this.
