Is "Hostway" a compatable website hosting service with vBulletin?

just need to know how hard it would be to set-up my vBulletin on my hostway GOLD PLUS UNIX account. Also, i have never used unix, MySQL, or PHP before. would it be better to have it installed?

Just to be safe, I'd contact them and make sure they have the correct versions you need for vB. But really, the best way to test the install and your host is to install vB Lite which can be found here. (http://www.vbulletin.com/download/) Good luck!

It's really not too tough, just read the install manual and follow it step by step. Have you given it a shot yet?
