Has anyone here dealt with Purgehosting?

The guy that owns it, Chris, is a nice enough guy. They are a really small company however as I think he pretty much runs it himself.

My web forum has been down for almost 2 hours right now, and I can't get a hold of anyone. This is the 2nd time in 2 weeks, and it's real frustrating when I can't get anyone on the phone.

Anyone have anything to say about this company, or another company to recommend if I can't get things hammered out with him?

If you really felt the need for 24/7 support, shouldn't you be testing it BEFORE finally signing up with a provider?
