Impex does not run

I have installed impex onto 3.8. When i go to import it asks for customer number which i put in the customer number that came with the vb email.

Then it says redirecting and then asks for the customer again. It is in a loop

What do i do next?

Redownload ImpEx. Reupload the files. Make sure you download ImpEx from your customer account and no where else.

The redownload cured the problem
