I am using vbulletin 3.8.0 with vbseo 3.2.0

rss feed: http://www.firica.ro/feed
Although i can use utf-8 chars(romanian special chars) when posting a thread in my forums, when i try to import a rss feed that contains utf-8 chars (romanian special chars) the special chars are replaced by question marks (????). I mention i get those question marks when i preview the rss feed.
Please assist
