View Full Version : Just Upgraded - License Says 3.8 RC2

I just downloaded the files about an hour ago and it says 3.8.

Download Latest Version 3.8.0

Yet my forum now says 3.8 RC2.

Any thoughts?

That means you did not upgrade properly. You need to upload all the vB 3.8.0 and run upgrade.php.

Ran upgrade.php again and it stops after RC2. I will ftp all the files again and give it another shot.

I just overwrote EVERY file. Ran the script again and it says I am on RC2.

Is it possible that I downloaded the RC2 files? This is what I clicked on when I downloaded:

Download Latest Version 3.8.0

The config.php.new file says: # vBulletin 3.8.0 Release Candidate 2

What gives? I just downloaded that about 2 hours ago. Weird.

VBulletin, should I post this somewhere else? Not sure what the protocol is exactly. Any help would be appreciated.

Not sure what happened but I just ran upgrade.php again and it looks good.

Thank you! Issue resolved. 3.8 looks great.
