Hello,
We are trying to ugprade from 3.6.5 to 3.8 and we've encountered an issue. Seems to be that our Customer Number isn't working when it prompts us. Just to be positive it was the right number, we has vB email it to us & it was confirmed. Our license expires on 2-3-2009, but is there some sort of early-expiration date whereas you are no longer allowed to upgrade? What else would be holding us up from upgrading? Thanks!
