I recently did an install of vb3.8. I installed and it locked me out for some reason, so i had my site backup reloaded a few days prior to upgrade.
I had someone else do the upgrade for me. It was installed properly and worked fine. All the sudden it locked me out again. I'm logged in to the forums as myself, but can't login to the Admin CP.
My forum members are having the same issues am i with not being able to login.
