Your vBulletin version does not appear to match with the version for which this script was created (version 3.7.1+).
Please ensure that you are attempting to run the correct script.
If you are sure this is the script you would like to run, click here (http://mysite.com/forums/install/upgrade_380a2.php?step=1).
And its all coming back to,
Step 5) Upgrade to vBulletin 3.8.0 Alpha 2 Complete!
Skipping version number update, you already have a newer version... done

Any ideas?
Same thing happened to me. Something isn't clicking. I also had an error with "Album" before getting to that step.
When you go to my site after the upgrade has been "finished"
Fatal error: Call to undefined function fetch_require_hvcheck() in /home/content/m/d/s/mdstreetscene/html/forum/global.php on line 486
The admincp is fine and I can do everything...

That function is defined in 'includes/functions.php'. Reuploading the original file for your version should fix this.

Well, the installer thinks I have 3.8... but in the AdminCP it thinks it's 3.7.4 still and I Need to upgrade to 3.8. That's my confusion.
