Upgrade error en route from 2.3.5 to 3.6

Hello --

I am in the midst of a long overdue upgrade from 2.3.5 to the latest 3.7.4.

Somewhere around 3.1, I hit the following:


Step 4) Miscellaneous table alterations 4/6


Altering subscribeevent Table (2 of 5)
Altering subscribeevent Table (3 of 5)
Altering subscribeevent Table (4 of 5)
Altering subscribeevent Table (5 of 5)
Altering attachment Table (1 of 1)vB_Database_Alter: fetch_table_info() has not been called successfully.
