Hi,
Here's the situation:
a) I imported a group of users several months ago; let's call them OldUsers.
b) I have since forgotten the format required to import users.
c) I now wish to import a new, different group of users, without overwriting the existing group of users. (Essentially, I want to merge the two groups in a larger group.)
So:
1) What is the format required for an import? Is it
"name","email[at]email.com","password"
or something else?
(I assume I can put them in a .csv or .txt.)
2) I have changed the usergroup of the existing, already imported users; they are now OldUsers.
Is changing their usergroup from Imported Users to OldUsers sufficient, or must I run the "clean database" command in addition, before importing a new group of users?
Thanks! :)
