How do we give our own META info

On a custom vB page, I want to give my own META info and not the default vBulletin's.

Including $headinclude is important, so how do I give my own META keywords/description ?

Admin CP -> vBulletin Options -> General Settings -> Meta Keywords and Meta Description

I want to give unique META INFO for a custom page, i don't want it to use the default meta info that we provide at that setting which is common throughout site.

Okay then. :) As far as I know this requires modifying the code. We cannot officially support code modifications or forums running modified code, however you can try searching or asking for help with this over at www.vbulletin.org.
