Help please! phpbb3 to vbulletin

I've tried importing my board like normal, and when i try doing the users, forums, threads, and posts... it skips TONS of posts and threads the user and password, and database on the impex config is correct on both sides, vb and phpbb3, when i run the check and update it goes through fine, but when i start the other modules it skips lots of info... please help!

It will skip 50 users that are bots.

The threads & posts are dependant on the forums, so if their forums are failed out, then they will as well as there is nothing to import them too.

What is the forum fail errors reported ?

some of my forums were subforums so i dont know if that is an issue... but when i click the module for importing forums i get this , and the same goes for importing the posts...
