Replace your vB files and change your FTP information as well as your database information, make sure you are using Patch Level 1 and have all of your members to change their passwords.

Try running .../install/finalupgrade.php

If that works, then please see this thread on how to make your vBulletin more secure:

http://www.vbulletin.com/go/secure

If you are still being hacked after doing all of this, then they are most likely doing this by accessing your server. You need to contact your host about this.

If that doesn't work, Fill out a support ticket at:

http://members.vbulletin.com/membersupport_contactform.php

Please include a complete description of the problem and be sure to include the login info to your Admin CP, phpMyAdmin and FTP in the 'Sensitive Data' field.

Someone seems to be hacking forums by editing the master templates in the database directly. Running finalupgrade.php restores the maters templates.

In the scale of 'hacking' this is relatively benign. No data is destroyed thankfully.
