ask the host what exact amount of bandwidth transfers you are allowed.. they say unlimited but there's no such thing..

165,000 pageviews x 45kb per page = 7.08 GB per month

i'd say you need at least 15GB per month allowance. Ask the host if they can handle that for the stated price on their site.. Ask then how much are bandwidth overages etc

I don't recommend feeding a host a years pay in advance.... You will find alot of hosts offering lots of bandwidth for very little money... IMHO
